What a report looks like
C58/100

You have the right industry and the right job, but you are selling it like a duty list, not a track record of what moved the needle.

Reads as: Operations Coordinator, home health

Positioning5/10

The summary is generic boilerplate ("utilize my skills") and does not say what you want next.

Impact and numbers4/10

Almost every bullet is a duty. Zero numbers. No sense of what you accomplished or improved.

ATS readiness8/10

Clean single column, standard sections, dates present. This will parse fine.

Clarity and length7/10

Scannable and consistent; a couple of first-person words in the summary.

Target role fit8/10

Current role is in home health operations, which is exactly the target.

Polish6/10

No typos. "Recognized as employee of the month twice" is soft filler without the why.

Fix these first

  1. 1Replace the summary. "Results-driven professional... seeking a challenging position" says nothing. Write: "Operations Coordinator at a home health agency, three years managing caregiver scheduling, compliance and intake for 50+ active clients."
  2. 2"Responsible for scheduling caregivers and managing the daily schedule" becomes "Scheduled 15+ caregivers across 50+ concurrent cases, maintaining 99% on-time starts." How many caregivers? How many cases? What improved?
  3. 3"Maintained records in the EMR system and ensured compliance" becomes the result: "Implemented EMR documentation procedures that took audit findings from 3 per quarter to 0."

Keep

  • Already in home health, the exact industry you are targeting.
  • Clean formatting and no parsing red flags.

How it works

1
Create a free account

Thirty seconds, no card. The free tier of Career Launchpad is where the scorer lives, along with a rebuilt resume and LinkedIn if you want them.

2
Upload or paste your resume

PDF, Word or text, plus the role you want if you know it. The file is read once and not kept; the text is, so we can build from it.

3
Fix the top three, score it again

Every fix quotes your own line and says what to change it to. Score a new version and watch the grade move.

Questions

How is this different from the resume checker?

The checker matches your resume to one job description and runs in your browser. The scorer grades the resume itself, no job needed, the way a recruiter reads it in the first ten seconds, and tells you which lines to change. Use both: the grade first, then the checker for each job you apply to.

Why does it need an account when the checker does not?

The checker is keyword matching in your browser. The scorer is a recruiter-grade read by our AI on our side, and it costs us something every time it runs. The free account keeps it free for people actually working on their resume, and it means your scores and your resume are saved, so a rebuild can start from them.

Is it really free?

Yes. The account is free, the grade is free, and so are the rebuilt resume and LinkedIn that come with the free tier. Coaching, targets and the daily outreach queue are the paid part, from $199 a month, and nothing pushes you into them.

Where does my resume go?

To our own scorer and nowhere else. The file is read once and not stored; the text is kept on your account so you can pick up where you left off. We never sell or share it.
