Field Nurse Supervisor (RN)

We're hiring two Field Nurse Supervisors (RN) for a healthcare employer in northern New Jersey. This is a field-based role. You'll be based out of Bergen County and cover a territory across five counties, working on a set pattern so you know which areas you'll be in on which days. If you have home care or assisted living experience and like nursing outside a single building, this role is worth a look.

What you'll do

• Work as a field-based RN supervisor across Bergen, Passaic, Morris, Essex and Union counties
• Follow a set weekly pattern, covering specific areas on specific days
• Work one of two shifts. One opening is a day shift and the other is a 2nd shift.
• Work a Tuesday to Saturday schedule, or alternate weeks between Monday to Friday and Tuesday to Saturday
• Be onsite and in the field, not remote

What you bring

• An active New Jersey RN license
• At least 3 years of experience
• Experience in home care or assisted living. Either setting counts.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Bergen, Passaic, Morris, Essex and Union counties
• Nice to have: prior experience as a field nurse supervisor
• Nice to have: experience covering multiple sites or a territory
• Nice to have: availability for 2nd shift
